Here he is, your chef. The mind behind this project. It is best explained in his words:
“Hello! Welcome to ‘Bringing words to the table’. The name is a mouthful but it does sum up what this project is all about. I have been in the back end of various restaurants for about 6 years now but I have been more interested in how good food brings people together and to witness it. There is so much to know and learn about this culinary world, that it is never-ending. It is not just the food but also the people working with it. So, the goal of this project is it to bring people to a focal point where they can open themselves up to better culinary experiences while delving into some of the stories which surround this world.
I have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit during my early years as a cook and that is where my experience truly lies. My classic French culinary background is heavily influenced by the South-East Asian tang and other European flavours. Recently, my passion has been intertwined with elevating my dishes using fermentation and pickling techniques. When dining with us, those are the kind of flavours you will feel coming through.
